Information processed

TranscreveAI processes information that users intentionally provide, including video URLs, uploaded media, prompts, questions, source lists, configuration choices, and generated analysis outputs such as transcripts, OCR text, frame observations, metadata, summaries, knowledge dossiers, and retrieval indexes.

How information is used

We use information to run the requested video analysis workflow, generate user-requested artifacts, troubleshoot the service, protect the app from abuse, and improve reliability. TranscreveAI does not sell user data.

Third-party services

Depending on configuration and user choices, TranscreveAI may process media or generated artifacts with third-party AI providers, hosting providers, storage providers, or source platforms needed to retrieve public media. Users should only submit content they have the right to process and should not submit secrets, cookies, credentials, or confidential media unless they have appropriate authorization.

Retention

Local installations store outputs and indexes where the user configures them. Hosted deployments may retain generated artifacts and operational logs for the time needed to provide the service, support users, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service. Users may request deletion of hosted data through the support channel when applicable.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, and users should avoid submitting credentials, cookies, API keys, or private personal information unless strictly necessary and authorized.

Children

TranscreveAI is intended for developers and professional users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
