TranscreveAI is operated by Cramblin Advertising Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how TranscreveAI handles information when users use the app, MCP server, command-line tools, or related hosted services.
Information processed
TranscreveAI processes information that users intentionally provide, including video URLs, uploaded media, prompts, questions, source lists, configuration choices, and generated analysis outputs such as transcripts, OCR text, frame observations, metadata, summaries, knowledge dossiers, and retrieval indexes.
How information is used
We use information to run the requested video analysis workflow, generate user-requested artifacts, troubleshoot the service, protect the app from abuse, and improve reliability. TranscreveAI does not sell user data.
Third-party services
Depending on configuration and user choices, TranscreveAI may process media or generated artifacts with third-party AI providers, hosting providers, storage providers, or source platforms needed to retrieve public media. Users should only submit content they have the right to process and should not submit secrets, cookies, credentials, or confidential media unless they have appropriate authorization.
Website analytics and your choice
This website uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics.” Google Analytics may then process page views, interactions, approximate location, referrer information, and device or browser details so we can understand aggregate site traffic and improve the website. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in our tag configuration.
Before consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no
analytics request is sent. The choice is stored for up to six months
in the strictly necessary first-party cookie ta_consent.
If analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may set _ga and
_ga_* cookies for up to six months. Visitors can change
their choice at any time with “Cookie preferences” in the footer;
rejecting analytics stops future collection and clears accessible
Google Analytics cookies for this site, but does not delete data
already sent. Event and user data associated with identifiers are
configured for a two-month retention period in Google Analytics. We
do not send User-ID, custom events, or information entered into
TranscreveAI through this website analytics tag. Query strings and
URL fragments are removed from page and referrer URLs before they are
sent. Google processes consented analytics data under its own
Privacy Policy.
Cramblin Advertising Inc. determines whether this optional website measurement is used and relies on the visitor's consent where consent is required. Google is the analytics service recipient and may process consented data in countries other than the visitor's own under its applicable terms and safeguards. To withdraw consent, use “Cookie preferences.” For access, deletion, or other applicable privacy requests, email support@pageshare.ai, the controller's private support inbox, with “TranscreveAI privacy request” in the subject.
Retention
Local installations store outputs and indexes where the user configures them. Hosted deployments may retain generated artifacts and operational logs for the time needed to provide the service, support users, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service. Users may request deletion of hosted data through the support channel when applicable.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, and users should avoid submitting credentials, cookies, API keys, or private personal information unless strictly necessary and authorized.
Children
TranscreveAI is intended for developers and professional users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
