Service description

TranscreveAI helps users transform video URLs and media files into generated knowledge dossiers, including transcripts, visual observations, OCR text, metadata, summaries, indexes, and answers grounded in generated evidence.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the media, URLs, prompts, files, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process that content, and you must comply with applicable law, platform terms, and third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use TranscreveAI to process content illegally, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, bypass access controls, harvest credentials, target private local network resources, or upload content you are not authorized to process.

AI-generated outputs

TranscreveAI outputs are generated by software and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misinterpret media. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them for decisions.

Third-party services

TranscreveAI may depend on third-party platforms, AI providers, hosting providers, and storage providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms.

No purchases in ChatGPT

TranscreveAI does not sell products, subscriptions, digital goods, or physical goods inside ChatGPT and does not direct users to external checkout flows as part of the ChatGPT app experience.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

TranscreveAI is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cramblin Advertising Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
